irl: Max Keiser is a real broadcaster and a genuine bitcoin adviser to the government of El Salvador alongside Stacy Herbert. The Bugleverse takes that single true fact — a loud maximalist embedded in a nation-state — and runs it off every available cliff.

On the timeline

The Bugleverse accounts treat Keiser less as a person than as a unit of measurement. He is the maximum reading on the bullishness gauge, the yardstick against which other men’s legs are judged, and the resident of El Salvador most likely to be evicted over apparel. The single most-amplified Keiser post is his removal from the country he advises — a compliance dispute over merchandise. It remains the flagship exhibit of the Bukele / El Salvador arc and the compliance gospel.
