    +
+**White Goy Summer** is the Bugleverse's summer 2026 observance: a season in which
+plebs are required to stop blaming [[characters/benjamin-netanyahu|Benjamin Netanyahu]]
+for their problems and take personal responsibility instead. It runs Memorial Day to
+Labor Day,[^calendar] and its motto is "goy big or goy home."[^motto] The season was
+coined and doctrinally worked out by [[characters/rod-palmer|Rod Palmer]] and
+[[characters/richard-greaser|Richard Greaser]] across four months of on-air argument
+before it began — the two of them seeded it on X first, which is where Greaser says it
    +came from.[^seeded-on-x]
    +
+Its central claim is that the crash-out is a choice. Everything else — mosquito bites
+as proof of humanity, the bid-ax helicopter, intermittent responsibility, leaving BB on
+read — is downstream of that one move.
    +
    +**Who's in it:** [[characters/rod-palmer|Rod Palmer]] · [[characters/richard-greaser|Richard Greaser]] · [[characters/buster-cherry|Buster Cherry]] · [[characters/benjamin-netanyahu|Benjamin Netanyahu]] (as the withdrawn excuse) · [[characters/mike-brock|Mike Brock]] (as the archetype it opposes) · [[characters/rob-warren|Rob Warren]] · [[characters/jack-kruse|Jack Kruse]] · [[characters/shinobi|Shinobi]] · [[characters/kailey-welch|Kailey Welch]] · [[sponsors/white-goy-summer|White Goy Summer]] (the sponsor)

    +## Prehistory
    +
+The phrase has antecedents in the record well before the doctrine exists. In October
+2024 the Bugle diagnoses [[characters/mike-brock|Mike Brock]] as the leader of "white
+guys for Harris," Rod attributing the politics to Ozempic.[^brock-harris] Brock will
+later be recruited as White Goy Summer's negative archetype, so the pairing of the
+phonetics and the man predates the season by eighteen months.
    +
+Two 2025 beats supply the emotional problem the season claims to solve. On *Intellectual
+Silk Road*, Greaser's charge that "all all boomers now are simps for Sydney
+Sweeney"[^boomer-simps] draws a defence from the guest Bubba — Bubba has no page — that
+fixes the register the season will later industrialize. And at Thanksgiving 2025, Rod
+delivers the house line on fighting Nazis online: there is no chance of succeeding, so
+there is no obligation to engage. The moment reaches him through a boost about deleting
+a video and finding "a big sense of peace the moment that I did. Life is too short to
+fight with the Nazis."[^thanksgiving-peace] Log off, be happier: the season's whole
+argument, four months early and without a name.
    +
    +## Coinage (February 2026)
    +
+White Goy Summer arrives fully formed as an ad read, cold-opening *Musings Of A Thinkboi*
+with a line that also dates the Bugleverse calendar: "The bodies of frozen plebs who
+crashed out in the fourth turning have barely started to thaw. But that doesn't mean it's
+too early to start preparing for white goi summer."[^first-ad] The same read supplies the
+motto and the shopping list — patriotic t-shirts, Toby Keith playlists, foreskin
    +reattachment.[^motto]
    +
+In the episode body [[characters/rob-warren|Rob Warren]] confirms the goys can be Think
+Boys, and Greaser ties the season to the Epstein files' "Goi uprising."[^goys-thinkboys]
+Greaser's forecast for what the white goys are bullish on — "finally getting their n word
+privileges back"[^n-word-privileges] — will run all season. Rob glosses it as "a peptide
+summer too," and Greaser predicts the average Bitcoin podcaster physique will go "from,
    +like, a [[characters/marty-bent|Marty Bent]] to a Robert Breedlove
    +overnight."[^peptide-summer]
    +
+Three days later Greaser recruits the season as a defence of low time preference: "The
+summer is gonna be white goi summer, which is all about low time preference. It's about
+working out. It's about getting in shape."[^low-time-pref] By ep 97 Rod has already found
+the season's shadow reading — plebs "looking forward to white goy summer, and then
+they'll come back to, you know, they'll come back to facing their problems after white goy
+summer's over"[^scheduled-avoidance] — filing it as scheduled avoidance in the
+[[storylines/first-turning-era|first-turning]] denial taxonomy, alongside jestermaxxing as
    +the universal 2026 posture.[^jestermaxxing]
    +
    +## Doctrine (March 2026)
    +
+*Behave Or Benjamin Netanyahu* is where the season gets a thesis. Rod: "This is what white
+goi summer is about. We're taking our agency" — back from Netanyahu, from Israel, and from
+the Jews; being a patriotic pleb who lives on his own terms and doesn't wear
+sunscreen.[^taking-agency] Its inverse is goy shame: Rod equates liberal white guilt with
+it and prescribes the opposite — "instead of having Goya's shame, you should have Goya
+pride" — inventorying castles, cathedrals, the Sistine Chapel and the United
+States.[^goy-pride] Greaser's diagnosis of the online right is that it has misallocated its
+energy into litigating "that Laura Loomer isn't hot" instead of celebrating goy
    +wins.[^loomer]
    +
+The episode also fixes the deadline, in the form of a threat: you have until Memorial Day
+to get Netanyahu involved in your daughter's love life, after which "then Yahoo's coming
+for you" stops working.[^yahoo-deadline] Rod restates the doctrine the following week
+against a boost asking whether glazing ends at Memorial Day: "White Goy Summer, brother.
+White Goy Summer. We are not blaming Benjamin Netanyahu."[^bored-of-peace] The same episode
+attaches the season's first live event: Greaser announces a June music festival in Belgrade —
+Revolution Rock, Skardust headlining — whose organisers "haven't figured out that you can just Vibe
+code a website in, like, two minutes yet."[^belgrade]
    +
+*In The Midst Of Madness* is the season's most concentrated sermon, and the most
+Bugle-shaped thing about it is that the sermon immediately negotiates itself down. Rod
+gives the deadline plainly — "You've got until the end of May to blame BD"[^blame-bd] —
+and offers a proportional theory of responsibility: total dictator over your own bed, one
    +250-millionth responsible for the president.[^bed-doctrine] [[characters/mike-brock|Brock]]
+is the foil, a man who "blames everybody but himself."[^brock-foil] [[characters/shinobi|Shinobi]],
+crashing out on Twitter at a rate of "a new reason to crash out every, like, five minutes,"
    +is asked whether he'll join.[^shinobi-invite]
    +
+Then Greaser turns the deadline into a training program — "really sounds overwhelming, but
+the good news is you don't have to do it today"[^brace-for-impact] — start with weekends,
+blame Biden the rest of the week. Rod finds the catchphrase: weekends are "Like intermittent
+fasting,"[^intermittent] which becomes intermittent responsibility. The bit's final form is
+personal responsibility on the National Guard schedule: "We're like the national park. One
+weekend a month, two weeks a year."[^national-guard] The episode closes by fusing the season
+with [[storylines/maxi-madness|Maxi Madness]] — voting is taking personal responsibility for
    +your place in democracy.[^maxi-madness]
    +
    +## The approach (April–May 2026)
    +
+Rod frames the seasons as a dependable cycle: "you get through the winter, you make it to
+spring and you get to white goy summer after that."[^seasons-cycle] Greaser, meanwhile,
+reveals he had expected an earlier start — the North Carolina bus stabbing was going to be
+"the white people's George Floyd moment," and he was ready to paint a mural, but she turned
    +out to be a Ukrainian refugee.[^bus-stabbing]
    +
+The season starts absorbing the news. A podcaster meltdown is folded in as the exact
+opposite of the doctrine — blaming Bibi "for your lack of podcast downloads"[^podcast-downloads] —
+and Greaser diagrams Alex Jones's cope as its purest form: Netanyahu "flipped the switch" and
+mind-controlled Trump, so Jones was never wrong.[^alex-jones] On 4/20,
+[[characters/buster-cherry|Buster Cherry]] starts the countdown clock: "We are thirty five
+days out from Memorial Day, which is the official start to white boy summer" — framing the
+day as the last licence to blame the Jews.[^countdown] By May the date is fixed and the guest
+list has been extended to extraterrestrials, who may jet ski, but only after the blame-BB
    +window closes.[^aliens]
    +
+Greaser welds the arcs together on the premium feed: White Goy Summer is "the first summer of
+the first turning,"[^first-summer-first-turning] with Chud the Builder as its
+archetype.[^chud] Rod, meanwhile, is holding his n-word usage until July 4th on intelligence
+that Trump will sign an executive order restoring white privileges that day.[^executive-order]
    +
+On the season's eve, Greaser dates it — "We are days away from the beginning of white goy
+summer"[^days-away] — and Rod reads the pre-season symptom: "People are crashing out when a
    +white boy gets a little glace."[^glaze-symptom] [[characters/cory-klippsten|Cory Klippsten]]'s
+new podcast is offered as proof Gen X is coming into summer flat-footed
+again.[^klippsten-flatfooted] Rod's closing thought collapses the episode into one mechanism:
+"They all crash out over the redistribution of Glaze and the change that is coming."[^glaze-redistribution]
    +
    +## The dawn (25 May 2026)
    +
+Episode 110 opens with the formal declaration: "the era of screaming at the television about
+all the problems BB is creating 7,000 miles away is over. White Goy Summer has
+arrived."[^dawn] The manifesto's core move recycles the show's own end-times-war thesis into a
+reason to log off — "It's realizing your town matters more than some holy war being waged to
+conjure Jesus back in a place that half these people couldn't point to on a map."[^your-town]
    +
+The doctrine becomes a refrain — "you can't blame it on BB now"[^not-bbs-fault] — serialized
+across the episode into everything from getting too drunk at your sister's wedding to your bid
+ax refusing to spin. That bid ax is Rod's answer to listeners without a boat: the helicopter in
+front of your wife, then a hug before drying off.[^bid-ax] Greaser's plan for the season is sex,
    +nature, cigarettes and *Atlas Shrugged*.[^greaser-plan]
    +
+The episode's most durable invention is the purity test. "You're not a pioneer in the summertime
+if you're not getting mosquito bites,"[^mosquito-pioneer] which condenses into the demanded
+receipt: show me your sunburn and mosquito bites.[^show-me] Rod then escalates it into a theory
    +of proof-of-humanity — "NPCs and clogged bots don't get mosquito bites"[^npcs] — the season's
+answer to telling real plebs from [[storylines/replicators|replicators]].
    +
+Rod announces the soundtrack, "one more summer, one more edit,"[^album] a concept record about
+paper Bitcoin summer's sunk costs. The season's second refrain, "hashtag we know," arrives as a
+catch-all dismissal of any revelation that surprises nobody[^we-know] and generalizes into a
+theory of engagement-farmed culture: the roast, Shane Gillis, "is Sidus Sweets tits? Are they
+hot?" — arguments the audience already settled, staged only to make people fight.[^engagement-farm]
+Greaser's outro binds it to the cosmology — "we are on the cusp of White Gloy summer. The world
+is gonna change. This is the first turning" — and the episode cuts off mid-sentence into Rod's
    +album.[^outro-cutoff]
    +
    +## The season (June 2026)
    +
+The premium episode three days later dates the start to "Memorial Day weekend, the first weekend
+of summer"[^memorial-weekend] and stages the season's central image: the libertarian friend
+interrupting your barbecue to demand you "get online and you need to glaze
+[[characters/thomas-massie|Thomas Massie]]."[^massie-glaze] Libertarians, Rod says, "are going
+into white boy summer kicking and screaming."[^kicking-screaming] Greaser states the doctrine
+outright as personal responsibility and growing a pair,[^growing-a-pair] and closes on Rocky and
+raw eggs versus chanting at a mirror about the Fed.[^rocky]
    +
+Week one gets a progress report. Rod claims giving up Netanyahu as an all-purpose scapegoat has
+lifted "the storm cloud of Bibi in Israel hanging over my head" and improved his marriage and the
+weather.[^week-one] It also collides with Pleb Pride Month, which Greaser reframes as fitting,
+since cognitive dissonance is the pleb's native mode.[^pleb-pride-collision] Against it, Rod cites
+research that "proved that the plebs are chimping out. They have never been angrier" — while
+stocks melt up — and poses the question of whether the anger is the market or the refusal of
+responsibility.[^plebs-angrier] The clearest definition of the season lands here: "what white koi
+summer is all about is not blaming the Jews for all their problems, not blaming Israel for all
+their problems," with white people giving up their scapegoats first and leading by
+example.[^clearest-definition] Greaser counters that shared historical trauma is a legitimate
+unifier and that white goys should adopt anti-communism as their own rallying
+cry.[^greaser-communism] Rod resolves it into a catchphrase: "Monetize yourself. Don't
+monetize" — your trauma.[^monetize-yourself] The merch follows: shirts are demanded by a premium
+listener,[^shirts] promised for the store, and priced as a matter of policy — the shirts are to be
+affordable for plebs and pioneers alike, in an episode whose punchline for the trinket crisis is a
    +federally subsidized [[sponsors/cryptocloaks|CryptoCloaks]] and a trinket-salesman
+bailout.[^cryptocloaks] Bubba is retconned into the season's patron saint, having celebrated it
+"for years. He didn't before the term even existed."[^bubba-patron]
    +
+*White Goy Summer Headwinds* is where the season meets resistance and rules that the resistance is
+deserved: "all this anger, all this hatred to white boy summer is very simply, lettuce are reaping
    +what they've sowed."[^headwinds] The episode's most consequential canon move retires a standing
+Bugle bit — "You're now in the era of monetizing the situation"[^monetizing] — replacing Monitoring
+The Situation, with Rod committing to build on the theme all summer. Monetizing is also carved out
+as the season's one exemption from White Goy Summer duty.[^exemption] The boost feed supplies a
+subscriber fitness challenge, [[sponsors/sunset-circuit|Sunset Circuit]], entering the show through
+a boost rather than an ad read,[^sunset-circuit] and a succession moment on the listener-character
+bench: [[characters/silas-thornbrook|Silas]] installed as "the new Pies."[^silas] The episode plays
+out on a sung debtor's lament — "I lost my job today, and my cards are maxed out. My wife is pissed.
+My life a mess. I feel doubt." — which inverts the show's tax bit into an ambition to merely afford
    +to pay them.[^debtor-outro]
    +
+By *Sportsball Is Back Baby* the doctrine has a technique. Greaser refuses the bait, Rod names the
+move — "Leave BB on red"[^leave-on-read] — and the episode issues an instruction manual: aloe on
+the sunburn, all-beef franks, mow your lawn, do whatever it takes to not crash out about BB. Trump
+announcing peace on the White House lawn during UFC 250 is read as "a huge coup" for the
+season.[^ufc-peace] Correct outdoor living carries hazards: Rod draws pen circles around his
+mosquito bites and watches for [[characters/marty-bent|Marty Bent]]'s alpha-gal ticks, seeded into
+society by college professors to make you allergic to steak.[^ticks] And
+[[characters/kailey-welch|Kailey Welch]] brings her mosquito-bite count to the office as proof of a
+correctly-lived season; Greaser declines the viewing on his wife's behalf and is called a pussy for
    +it.[^kailey]
    +
+*Fabian Slop Summer* arrives one day after the solstice — "with the solstice, apparently, comes the
+Fabians" — and Rod names it "the summer of Fabian attack on Bitcoin."[^fabian-summer] The inciting
+incident is [[characters/jack-kruse|Jack Kruse]] publicly accusing the hosts of being "funded agents
+of the Israeli Mossad,"[^mossad-charge] which the show treats as a compliment: being suspected of
+Jewishness means plebs can only explain your competence by conspiracy.[^compliment] Rod nominates
+Fabian as [[storylines/pleb-slop-wars|Plebslop]] word of the week[^plebslop-word] and closes with
+the title warning, "The Fabian slop is coming."[^fabian-slop-coming] He also breaks with the
+crash-outs on the Mossad–CIA intelligence-sharing bill, reading it as a coup for Trump and one of
+the biggest wins of the season so far.[^mossad-cia]
    +
+The same episode fixes the calendar and forecasts the ending. Memorial Day to Labor
+Day,[^calendar] and then: whatever happens to the fork, "you can be sure that the Fabians and the
+Jews will be to the land" — the lesson unlearned the moment the season lapses.[^lesson-unlearned]
    +
+The last beat in the record is a produced PSA, cold-opening ep 115 and signed by
+[[characters/buster-cherry|Buster Cherry]] himself: "This is White Boy Summer, folks. Don't forget
+to enjoy every moment of it."[^psa] And [[characters/fundamentals|Fundamentals]] supplies the
+cleanest statement of the pun the whole thing rests on, filing Hanukkah and Phish yarmulkes as "one
+of the last things you got to do before White Goy summer started."[^last-jewish-thing]
    +
    +## On the timeline
    +
+The show is emphatic that the season "came from" X before it came from the microphone — Greaser dates the coinage to posts he and Rod were trading months ahead of the first ad read.[^seeded-on-x] The record on the accounts bears this out: [[characters/richard-greaser|Greaser]] carried the season on his personal feed almost single-handed, and the [[characters/henry|Bugle]] account worked it into replies, while Rod stayed mostly off it. The posts are the doctrine in miniature — the same arguments the episodes spend an hour negotiating, compressed to a line each.
    +
    +### Seeded on X
    +
+The earliest post in the file predates the first ad read by seven weeks and already braids the season to its economic anxiety — the same pairing the show would later make canon in Rod's album about paper Bitcoin's sunk costs.
    +
+> At least we will have white boy summer if we don't have paper Bitcoin summer next year
    +> — [@GreaserRichard, 2025-12-21](https://x.com/GreaserRichard/status/2002875314800939356)
    +
+By March the case was being made in pictures. Greaser's contribution to the pre-season was a phone meme staging exactly the dependency the season exists to sever — [[characters/benjamin-netanyahu|BB]] on the line issuing orders, Trump agreeing — captioned as a relic:
    +
+> This is how American politics worked before White Goy Summer

    +
    +![](/tweets/2031469398817382788-0.jpg)
    +
+The fitness plank ran in parallel. Where the show tied the season to low time preference and a "peptide summer," the feed put it as a taunt aimed squarely at the pleb bod:
    +
+> You really going to rock the pleb bod into white goy summer?
    +> — [@GreaserRichard, 2026-03-05](https://x.com/GreaserRichard/status/2029598446454550713)
    +
    +### The countdown
    +
+Through May the account ran a public clock, matching [[characters/buster-cherry|Buster Cherry]]'s on-air Memorial Day countdown almost beat for beat — first the horizon, then the readiness check, then the start gun on the day itself, corroborating the on-air date to the day.

+### The doctrine, in a line each
    +
+Once the season opened, the Bugle account supplied the manifesto in the register the episodes reserved for their cold opens. The clearest statement of the self-reliance thesis — the whole "you can't blame it on BB now" argument — arrives as a caption:
    +
+> When no one else is coming to save you, you have to save yourself. Welcome to White Goy Summer
    +> — [@bitcoin_bugle, 2026-05-29](https://x.com/bitcoin_bugle/status/2060372430678311174)
    +
+The tone alternated between the promise and the low-key check-in — the 😎 doing the work the show gave to mosquito bites and sunburn:
    +
+> Hope everyone is enjoying White Goy Summer 😎
    +> — [@bitcoin_bugle, 2026-05-27](https://x.com/bitcoin_bugle/status/2059731903486287886)
    +
+> Those willing to celebrate white goy summer will have the best summer of their lifetimes!
    +> — [@GreaserRichard, 2026-05-30](https://x.com/GreaserRichard/status/2060522655262925180)
    +
+The intermittent-responsibility bit — personal responsibility on the National Guard schedule, weekends only — surfaces on the feed as a flat endorsement, posted, fittingly, on a Sunday:
    +
+> White Goy Summer Weekends are the best
    +> — [@GreaserRichard, 2026-06-21](https://x.com/GreaserRichard/status/2068537746407194830)
    +
    +### The season's enemies
    +
+The feed also kept the season's antagonists straight. Chud the Builder, whom the premium episode installs as the season's archetype, is booked on X as spending it incarcerated — the account tracking its own lore's fortunes:
    +
+> Chud the Builder is going to have to experience White Goy Summer behind bars.
    +> — [@GreaserRichard, 2026-05-15](https://x.com/GreaserRichard/status/2055358494874706133)
    +
+Greaser also elevated the season from lifestyle to threat, giving it the geopolitical stakes the "your town matters more than some holy war" manifesto only implied:
    +
+> White Goy Summer is the single biggest threat to the neocons
    +> — [@GreaserRichard, 2026-06-15](https://x.com/GreaserRichard/status/2066670204457791539)
    +
+And the feed prosecuted the same [[characters/jack-kruse|Jack Kruse]] feud that *Fabian Slop Summer* built an episode on — the Mossad-agent charge answered here with a soy/goy pun that convicts Kruse of celebrating the wrong season entirely:
    +
+> @DrJackKruse Pleb Kruse celebrates white soy summer and refuses to celebrate White Goy Summer
    +> — [@bitcoin_bugle, 2026-06-17](https://x.com/bitcoin_bugle/status/2067388953355784418)
    +
    +## Disputed
    +
+**The season's span and scope.** This page previously carried `span: 2026-05 to 2026-06` and listed
+four episodes, sourced to a breadth sweep of episode descriptions rather than to the audio. The
+beats contradict both numbers. The season is dated on-air Memorial Day to Labor Day — "Basically,
+white coy summer started on Memorial Day ends on Labor Day"[^calendar] — which is 25 May to 7
+September 2026, and the arc is carried by twenty-two episodes, not four. The term is in use from
+6 February 2026 at the latest,[^first-ad] with its doctrine substantially complete by 3
+March.[^taking-agency] The earlier span reflected only the episodes with the season in their
    +title.
    +
+**Is it discipline or avoidance?** Rod argues both, and never reconciles them. The doctrine holds
+that White Goy Summer *is* facing your problems — taking agency, owning the gap between your impact
+and your potential.[^bed-doctrine] But in February he describes plebs treating the season as a
+scheduled excuse to postpone the crash-out, coming "back to facing their problems after white goy
+summer's over."[^scheduled-avoidance] His own June prophecy sides with the second reading: the
+plebs go straight back to blaming the Jews once Labor Day passes.[^lesson-unlearned] Whether the
+season is a program or a holiday from one is left open.
    +
+**What the season is called.** Ep 96 runs "summer of plebs on plebs violence" as a live name for
+the same 2026 season alongside White Goy Summer.[^low-time-pref] Later episodes drop it, but it is
    +never retracted.
    +
+> irl: "White Boy Summer" is a 2021 Chet Hanks track and the meme it spawned; the Bugle's
+> construction is a pun on it. The ASR's persistent "white boy summer" transcription is therefore
+> reverting the joke to its source rather than simply mangling it.
    +
+**A note on spelling.** The ASR renders the season more than thirty distinct ways across the record —
+"white goi summer," "White Gloy Summer," "White Gully Summer," "White Claw Summer," "Waikoui summer,"
+"microwave summer," "white going somewhere," "bikeless summers." All are the same thing. It is spelled
+correctly exactly once, in a listener comment about
    +merch.[^shirts]
